Meeting Preface

On November 16, 2025, Deqing in early winter was adorned with fluttering red flags and filled with warm vibes. The themed activity "Red Footprints · Ouhui Forging Ahead" co-hosted by Hangzhou Ouhai Chamber of Commerce, Party Branch Committee of Hangzhou Ouhai Chamber of Commerce, Hangzhou Ouhai Youth Federation, and Ouhai District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and undertaken by Zhejiang Guowei Technology Co., Ltd., kicked off grandly. A total of 26 members including the Council of Hangzhou Ouhai Chamber of Commerce, the Presidium of the Youth Federation, and Party members of the Party Branch gathered at Deqing Party History Museum and walked into the vice-chairman unit — Zhejiang Guowei Technology Co., Ltd., jointly launching an annual grand event integrating red genes and Ouhai merchants' wisdom.

Red Casting Soul

At 9:00 a.m., the chamber of commerce fleet departed from Hangzhou uniformly and arrived at Deqing Party History Museum as the first stop.

Each old photo and each video material brought everyone back to the magnificent revolutionary years. Entrepreneurs gathered in the exhibition hall, listening to the commentator telling red stories in detail. All Party members wore Party badges and lined up for a group photo in front of the Party flag, further strengthening their sense of identity and mission.

Mutual Visit and Learning

Subsequently, everyone walked into Zhejiang Guowei Technology Co., Ltd., the undertaker of this activity and the enterprise of Vice Chairman Lin Guolin.

Zhejiang Guowei Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 20, 2019, as the production base of Wenzhou Guowei Technology Co., Ltd. in Huzhou; its predecessor, Wenzhou Ouhai Quxi Motorcycle Parts Factory, was founded in 1992, with a history of more than 30 years. The company currently has two major production bases in Wenzhou and Huzhou, with a total workshop area of over 20,000 square meters, including the Huzhou base covering an area of 25 mu and a construction area of 30,000 square meters.

The enterprise has focused on motorcycle parts for 30 years. In the workshop, robotic arm welding is precise and efficient, with a full-chain automation of cold heading, stamping, and electrophoretic coating. Vice Chairman Lin Guolin explained the key process points on site, and everyone observed the flexible operation of the robotic arms up close, nodding in praise of the high-precision and low-cost production mode.

01 Special Study Session

Teacher Wu from Hangzhou Taiwan Affairs Office was specially invited to give a special lecture on "Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee", systematically explaining the new opportunities for the development of the private economy during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.

Teacher Wu interpreted the policy orientation with detailed data and vivid cases, and the scene was filled with applause and laughter, with a warm atmosphere. Entrepreneurs present all said that the lecture further strengthened their confidence and direction in focusing on real industry, deepening their main business, and striving to be pioneers in high-quality development.

02 Council Meeting

Mr. Lin Guolin, Chairman of Zhejiang Guowei Technology Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, delivered a speech and introduced the enterprise to everyone.

The participants made self-introductions in turn, briefly sharing their enterprise profiles and cooperation needs to ensure information symmetry and accurate docking, so as to achieve gains from participation and effective communication. The meeting affairs group has marked the names and enterprise names on the meeting table cards for quick acquaintance. Entering the meeting session. First, the Secretariat made the "2025 Annual Work Summary". Subsequently, the meeting reviewed the "2026 Spring Festival Annual Meeting Activity Plan (Draft)" and the "Ouyao Outdoor Club December Activity Plan (Draft)".

The leading group of the Chairman fully affirmed the effectiveness of the Secretariat's work and made arrangements for the above two proposals: instructing the Secretariat to adhere to the principles of "cooperation and sharing, enthusiasm and orderliness, frugality and pragmatism", focus on the main line of uniting hometown sentiments, and complete the preliminary preparations such as sponsorship investment promotion and venue confirmation as soon as possible.

03 Speech by Mu Xianjing, Chairman and Youth Federation Chairman

Finally, Mu Xianjing, Chairman of Hangzhou Ouhai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Youth Federation, delivered a concluding speech. He expressed his gratitude to the Secretariat for their hard work and all the participants, and then turned his attention to the younger generation: "The new generation should grow faster and take the initiative to take over the entrepreneurial baton from their parents; all members should regard the chamber of commerce as their 'first cooperative partner'. Upstream and downstream supply and demand, capital and technology, talent information should first be connected at the doorstep to allow resources to flow efficiently within the association." After his speech, applause erupted, and a council meeting that united hometown sentiments and painted a blueprint for the future came to a successful conclusion.
